It all comes from childhood
Silvia, the founder of the “Ograda Curată” business and director of the “Montaco” company, attributes much of her success to the education she received from her parents. Since childhood, she has been encouraged to be active, explore and learn new things.
I can say with certainty that it all comes from childhood, meaning the good education of my parents… Since I was little, I was very, very active. I was fully involved in extracurricular activities and projects. Being a military daughter, I liked to be organized, motivated and I always helped my parents with household chores: cooking, cleaning and gardening.
Now, at 35, I’m doing a second faculty, a second master’s degree at the Police Academy.
Harmony from head to toe
Although extremely ambitious in her career, Silvia has managed to find a balance between her personal and professional life. She believes it is essential to find yourself and do what you truly love, whether it’s about career or family.
Since college, I had the confidence and support of my parents to do what I truly love and not something forced. I achieved good results in my studies, which opened the way for a successful integration into society. It’s simple, I organize and prioritize my activities, communicate openly and set clear boundaries between the two aspects of life.
