Dental Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepares the dental office in accordance with hygienic standards before and after the patient’s visit;
  • Greets and escorts patients from the waiting room/reception area to the physician’s office;
  • Doctor’s assistance throughout the entire dental procedure.

Requirements:

  • Medical College (completed education);
  • Patient focus;
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and positive attitude;
  • Willingness to learn new things and constantly develop

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes the patient and introduces the Dentus•Dentino clinic;
  • Ensures the peace and emotional comfort of each patient;
  • Directly manage visit requests and appointments;
  • Provides the necessary assistance during the patient’s stay in the clinic, according to the treatment plan;
  • Receives suggestions for improvement, comments and complaints of patients carefully;
  • Reschedules patients in case of overloaded periods for the good management of the flow of patients;
  • Create daily operational reports.

Requirements:

  • Young and dynamic;
  • Higher undergraduate studies;
  • Experience in the hotel field is an advantage;
  • Spirit developed by observation;
  • Control and analysis skills;
  • Attention to details, responsibility, positive attitude;
  • Teamwork skills – kindness and loyalty;
  • Desire to learn new things and develop continuously;
  • Patient orientation;
  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian languages;
  • Ability to use MS Office, Google.
