Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients during their first visit to the doctor;
- Providing information about the treatment plan and clinic services;
- Guiding patients through their treatment plan (from the initial consultation to the end of the treatment);
- Attentively receiving suggestions for improvement, comments, and complaints from patients and forwarding them to the administration;
- Communicating inter-departmentally with the entire clinic team, promoting a culture of constructive feedback;
- Daily reporting on activities performed.
